Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout interview process
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders
• Host and manage onsite or virtual interview days, ensuring positive candidate experience
• Design and maintain candidate communications that reflect company values
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements in hiring workflow

Requirements

• Experience coordinating recruitment processes or candidate-facing scheduling functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder scheduling across time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to balance high-volume operational demands with quality candidate care
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing workflow improvements
• Familiarity with talent acquisition systems or applicant tracking platforms
