Key responsibilities Review and code medical records for multiple specialties, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Participate in meetings with healthcare providers to address coding issues and provide training support Utilize coding resources to resolve discrepancies and maintain productivity expectations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience in medical coding or billing AHIMA or AAPC certification required Proven experience working effectively from home Ability to work during specified office hours regardless of time zone
