Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support research. This role combines data entry, document review, and information gathering. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with electronic records, conducting manual and computer-based research, and producing accurate reports in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain information with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Review records to collect, verify, and organize data for processing and reporting.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Travel as needed, particularly during onboarding and training, to complete on-site research.
• Manage electronic files and documentation, ensuring records are properly categorized, stored, and easy to retrieve.
• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a similar detail-focused role.
• Strong typing skills and the ability to enter large volumes of information accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and travel as business needs require.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable handling electronic records and maintaining confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
