ALPLA Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Machine Mold Setter to support high-volume plastic packaging production. In this role you will set up, install, and adjust injection and blow molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment to meet safety, quality, and output targets. You will perform changeovers, start-ups, and in-process adjustments, troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, and complete basic preventive maintenance. Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams, you will help drive reliability, minimize downtime, and support ALPLA’s focus on sustainability, training, and continuous improvement.
