Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Software Engineer with a minimum of a Secret security clearance and strong Microsoft .NET experience to design, develop, test, and sustain secure enterprise applications and services. You will work across the full software lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through deployment and operations, within an Agile and DevSecOps environment. This position is remote, candidate must be U.Design, develop, and maintain applications and APIs in C# using .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, Razor/Blazor), and Entity Framework Core. Model data and write performant queries, stored procedures, and migrations in Microsoft SQL Server. Write unit and integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest) and support automated testing in CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions; support containerized deployments where used. Apply secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10) and remediate static-analysis and vulnerability-scan findings. NET Framework applications toward current .NET and cloud-ready architectures. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes on schedule. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 8-10 years of software development experience (additional years of relevant work experience may substitute for a degree).

• 4+ years of hands-on C#/.NET development, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including T-SQL and database design.
• Experience building and securing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Working knowledge of a front-end framework (Angular, React, or Blazor) and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Active DoW Secret security clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
• Experience with Azure or AWS services, including government cloud regions.

Familiarity with RMF/DISA STIG requirements for application security. NET Framework applications to modern .NET. Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
