Pay: $15 per hour

Hours: About 10 hours per week, with more hours available some weeks

Schedule: Flexible, during normal business hours

Location: In office in Burleson, TX (this is not a remote position)

You’ll be the person our Marketing Manager can count on. When something needs to get done, you’ll be the one who quietly makes it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

Much of this work follows a regular monthly rhythm. The newsletter goes out, the mailings go out, and the supplies get restocked. You’ll learn our process and then own it from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Printing, assembling, and preparing newsletters, sales letters, and other mailings.
• Packaging outgoing correspondence and taking completed mailings to the post office or local shipping providers.
• Keeping our mailing and marketing schedule on track so nothing goes out late.
• Preparing and packaging customer gifts for special mailings and seasonal deliveries.
• Keeping office supplies stocked and the office organized.
• Handling routine administrative tasks.
• Supporting our Marketing Manager with whatever needs to get done.

Optional extra hours may be available during busy seasons, such as helping deliver holiday gifts to local customers.
