We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Stewarding team. As a Stewarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight (up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
